- Participation in some type of community work, such as scouts, YMCA/YWCA, or church, to be elaborated on in the essay

- Demonstrate leadership in the community
- Demonstrate ongoing commitment to the betterment of the community

JOHN S. BORDENUK SCHOLARSHIP (1 @ $1000)
- Awarded to a Senior who intends to pursue a career in the field of horticulture, agriculture, or business
- Activities, honors, and awards are a contributing factor
- Good academic standing
- Potential as determined by an essay and recommendation by the guidance department
SHAWN COURTNEY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP (2 @ $1,000)
- Senior boy and Senior girl
- Attending a 4-year college
- Has a family member currently serving or who has served in the military
EDDIE FALLON AND JONNY GREGOIRE “LIVE BIG” SCHOLARSHIP (1 @ $1,000)
- Captain of athletic team (preferred) or club leader
- Expresses passion in pursuing college degree (no specific major) or vocational training
- Demonstrates genuine and consistent care and concern for others
- Known for compassion and kindness
- C+ average/both merit and financial need based
JOHN M. FLYNN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP (1 @ $1,500)
- Presented annually to a senior boy or girl in memory of John M. Flynn and his strong sense of community service
- Hampden resident
- Active in community service – to be elaborated on in the essay
- Accepted to a two-year or four-year college
- Good academic standing
- Financial need is a consideration

- Senior boy or girl who contributed to the betterment of the school and/or class
- Student must have exhibited good citizen status
- Student maintained passing grades

- Plans to pursue a business degree
- Maintained a GPA of 3.7 or higher
- Student must be a Varsity athlete
- Awarded to one Senior from Wilbraham and one Senior from Hampden
