Scholarships to help further the education of Minnechaug Regional High School seniors who reside in Wilbraham and Hampden.
Thanks to our generous donors, the foundation has awarded more than $1.3 million in scholarships since 1960.
About Us
Founded in 1960, the Wilbraham-Hampden Scholarship Foundation’s purpose is to raise and distribute scholarship money to help further the education of Minnechaug Regional High School seniors who reside in Wilbraham or Hampden. We rely on our generous donors to continue to serve our community and assist our high school seniors as they enter college.
Our Scholarships
Scholarships are funded by the foundation through our fundraising efforts and also through businesses and generous donors. There are three types of scholarships awarded:
Type I
Each student who fills out an application will be automatically considered for Type I scholarships.
Type II
These scholarships have a specific recommendation requirement, although it need only be a short statement of support.
Type III
These scholarships are awarded solely on the recommendation from Minnechaug Regional High School faculty.
Donate
Your monetary donation will greatly support senior students who are selected to receive a scholarship from the foundation. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. Your donation is tax deductible and no amount is too small.
